openGym is a free, open-source workout tracker you host yourself, putting your training data entirely in your hands. It solves the problem of subscription fees, data privacy concerns, and rigid workout apps by offering guided sessions, intelligent progression, and an optional AI coach that runs on your own infrastructure. It's built for gym-goers who want control, from bodyweight trainees to powerlifters following complex routines.
