At ProductCool, we strive to provide high-quality exposure for your tools. Because we sell digital advertising services (Featured Listings, Fast Track Reviews), our refund policy differs from physical goods.

Eligible for Refund

  • Service not delivered: If we fail to list your product within the guaranteed timeframe (e.g., 24 hours for Fast Track).
  • Duplicate payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same submission.
  • Technical errors: If a technical bug prevents your listing from being displayed correctly.

Not Eligible

  • Change of mind: Once the listing is published and live on our homepage.
  • Low performance: We guarantee visibility (impressions), but we cannot guarantee clicks or conversions as it depends on your product's appeal.
  • Takedown request: If you ask to remove your post after it has been published.

Processing Timeline

Refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the statement to reflect the credit.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your Order ID (found in the confirmation email) and a brief explanation of the issue.

Transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
