AI-powered website & operations dashboard for junk removal businesses

2026-10-15

JunkHQ is an all-in-one platform built only for junk removal businesses. It replaces the separate website builder, quote form, scheduling calendar, routing app, and invoicing tool that most haulers stitch together, with one product built around how junk removal jobs actually work. It has two parts: a customer-facing website branded for the business, and an operations dashboard for the people running it.

The website. Each business gets a branded site that JunkHQ designs, builds, and hosts, so there is no web developer to hire. Customers describe what they need removed, add a few photos, and get a price right away instead of waiting for a callback or an on-site estimate. They then pick an open time slot and book it online. Afterward, a customer portal lets them check their appointment, approve an estimate, pay a deposit or balance, look up past receipts, or request another pickup. The portal opens from a secure link, with no account or password to set up.

Quoting. An AI model reads the customer's written description and lists the items in the load, along with job conditions such as stairs or disassembly. A rule-based pricing engine then calculates the price from the business's own rates for labor, mileage, disposal, and access. The price always comes from the business's rate card, never from the model. Staff can correct the detected items or adjust any quote, and requests from outside the service area are caught before they are booked.

Leads and scheduling. Every request lands in one list with the customer's details, address, photos, and price. The booking calendar follows business hours and truck capacity, so the business never takes on more jobs than its trucks can cover. Adding a truck opens more booking slots automatically. Moving a job to another time or another truck takes a couple of clicks.

Routing. Each truck's stops are put in the fastest order automatically. Routes are set the day before, customers are notified, and crews open the day's route on their phones instead of calling the office.

Estimates, invoicing, and payments. An estimate becomes an invoice once the customer approves it. The business can collect deposits, partial payments, and balances by card or bank transfer, send a payment link from the driveway, issue refunds, or log cash and checks. Funds settle directly to the business's own bank account. JunkHQ never holds the money.

Job proof and customer records. Jobs are closed out with photos and a customer signature. Each customer's addresses, job history, and notes are saved, so a repeat customer doesn't have to explain everything again.

Crew management. Staff sign in with owner, manager, or employee roles. Shift scheduling and timecards are built in, with a payroll-prep export for whoever runs payroll.

Reporting. Leads, close rate, revenue, average job value, unpaid balances, lead sources, and truck utilization sit on one screen, with date-range comparison and CSV export.

Plans are priced by fleet size. Starter is $39 a month for one truck and includes quoting, booking, scheduling, routing, invoicing, payments, and the customer portal. Growth is $99 a month for up to three trucks and adds two-way customer texting with an AI texting agent, recurring and commercial contracts, and QuickBooks sync. Fleet is $199 a month for up to eight trucks and adds a custom domain and priority support and onboarding. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and a business can move between plans at any time.
